When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property details, project timing, preferred contact method, project notes and any photos you choose to upload.

We may also collect basic website analytics, including page visits, suburb page views, phone clicks, email clicks and quote form events. These analytics help us understand which pages and contact options are useful.

How We Use Your Information

We use enquiry details to respond to quote requests, discuss project requirements, prepare estimates, arrange site visits and provide painting or decorating services.

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Photographs stay on your device until you attach and send them. Enquiry photographs are separate from the public business portfolio assets.

Analytics And Tracking

This website records interaction events for phone and email links and prepared quote emails. Preparing an email is not recorded as a confirmed enquiry. Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and photo filenames are excluded from quote analytics.

If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is connected, Google may process analytics data according to its own terms and privacy controls.
